Charge 2 strap coming off

Was bought a Charge2 by my husband about 2 yrs ago & strap keeps unhitching on 1 side without warning meaning losing it without realising it. Not impressed about this to be honest. Only undone it once to see how it is done and it went straight back on so have no idea why the metal clip is so iffy. Anyone else have this happen please?

 

Fitbit still have the Charge2 on their site so why can a replacement strap not be bought on site? Would try to see if it is still in warrenty period but can not find receipt. Can you help me please?

@purpletaz Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 band coming off. Try pulling the metal tab to the outside to help it properly secure the device. Still since you already have a ticket with Support please keep working with them to find a solution.
