Charge 2 strap keeps detaching. It started a week ago and I've had the device less than 1 year!

Mine did that. I took photos and a video of how it detached without activating it. They sent me a new one bc I was within my one year warranty.

Sorry to hear that your bands are detaching, try pulling the metal tab to the outside so it can better secure the tracker.

I am unclear about what you mean by "pulling the metal band to the outside."

@tibby394 thank you for your reply and sorry for the late response. The metal part of the band has a tab that you can pull to help it secure it. Check the image for reference.

Mine started doing this last week too. I have tried the metal pulls and it hasn't helped. Any other ideas, I am afraid that I will lose it soon.
