Hi,
Recently my cardio fitness score dropped from 37 to 30-34 despite I have achieved better time on my routine morning run. I tried to restart my phone, logout the app and login again. Remove the app completely and re-install it again but no hope to solve the problem. Are there any ways worth to try to resolve this issue?
Thank you!

@Geovicster A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that you are seeing the incorrect Cardio Fitness Score. You can follow these instructions to improve the measurement on your CFS.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your reply @AlvaroFitbit
The problem I have here I run on the same route every time and my time is getting better. I have using fitbit products (Charge2 and Flex) for over 2 years and this is the first time it indicate my CFS drop to a level which is ridiculous. Fitness level just don’t drop dramatically over night but yet this is what happened! I am not sure if there are any formula change on calculating the CFS but I can tell you that I am fitter that average people at my age. And I hope this is not cause by any hardware issue. Just get really frustrated a good product works well all the time and now not sure if I can rely on the figures from it or not!

FYI, it all happened about 10 days ago, which is roughly the time that the apps got updated.

I'm having the same problem, I assume it's a bug. I was in the 'good' zone, in the low 40s, and have been for the last few months. I checked it a couple of days ago and it was at 26 'poor' and it hasn't budged since.

Hi @mightysparks . That's what i think too! Or they changed their formula and hence few people got a hit on their readings!

I’m having the same problem. I’m a very fit rugby player crossfitter and surfer yet my cardio score has dropped fair, 33-37, from previously being in the 40s. I know this isn’t correct but it’s frustrating.

Hi, I have recently got the very same issue with my fitbit. It dropped to to 24 overnight, and hasn’t moved ever since, eventhough my fitness level is defintely better and I’m getting lower resting heart rate scores. Has it been resolved for you?
