The straps to my Charge 2 Fitbit falls off with any unusual movement of my arm. I have almost lost it twice. How do I keep the straps on the Fitbit? They don't seem to lock onto the Fitbit.

@brrauch, it's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 band falling off. Try pulling the metal tab to the outside to help it secure your tracker. I also created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
Let me know how it goes.

The straps of my 6 month old ftbit Charge 2 have been falling off for a week now. I've followed the instructions you've provided on other posts, but nothing is working to keep my fitbit on my wrist. I'm so disappointed that this $300 + watch didn't even last me a year. I read on other posts that it's a faulty design. How can I get a full refund?

Define "the metal tab" Not sure what you are referring to. I had to replace one of the bands earlier because a piece of the plastic had broken off where it attaches to the device. Thanks for your response.

That is exactly what I've been doing with no success. I've also been reading on how replacement straps continue to fall off and no more are sent once the warranty is over. That is why I'm looking for a refund, because I don't want to try several straps until the end of my warranty. I've been reading that the Fitbit Charge 2 has this unfixable flaw.

Basically the bands are bad...break all the time(they don't last long. a few months for a band at best)..they have not fixed the problem.

Alvaro,
I haven’t heard from support yet. How much longer until I receive an email from them?
Thanks,

That’s so sad, because their product is not cheap 😞

I found the metal tabs and pressed on them as directed but it didn't hold them on for any length of time. Still lose the tracker from my arm.

The strap with the holes is no longer clicking into place. I switched the two pieces around and it seems to be this part of the bandonly Is there a way to fix it
the description of pulling to the outside doesn’t help as it seems to be the connection on the band that needs fixing not on the watch face

Will someone from Fitbit get back to me? Is there any other way to get a response? Alvaro mentioned he opened a ticket for my case, but it’s been more than two days and nobody is getting back to me!
