Charge 2 stuck on greeting

Once again my charge 2 is stuck on the greeting scroll. It can happen any time of the day. Ice gotten rid of as much of the greeting verbiage as I can. I've restarted it when I'm home, but tonight I'm working. This is getting rediculous.
