Charge 2 synchronization fails

Hi! The Fitbit app is missing data from my Charge 2 tracker. All data feb 20-26 is missing. Last synchronization was Sunday 6:54 CET. But data from Monday and today are incomplete. App re-install, phone reset and tracker reset did not resolve the issue. Notifications work. Bluetooth on my phone works (tested with headset). Phone is Nokia 7.2 and OS is Android 11. Tracker is approx. 80% charged. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hi, I got some help from Fitbit customer support yesterday. There seems to be an issue between my tracker and my phone which is difficult to identify. As a workaround I installed the Windows app on my laptop which synchronizes well so far.
