Hi I have a charge 3 and my wallet ch won’t track my exercise, just keeps saying launch fitbit app. I have followed all the advice given and still seems to make no difference

What do you mean by your "wallet ch" ?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for getting back to us @Natty44 and for your assistance @JohnnyRow. I'm sorry to hear your Charge 3 isn't tracking  exercise.

How are you trying to track your exercise? Please check help article: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?
