My Charge 2 seems to be syncing except the sleep. It is not showing hours nor any sleep patterns. I have had my Charge 2 almost a year and have not had this issue in the past. I do not use a phone for the Fitbit app. I use my Amazon Fire tablet.

@bbunch03 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your tracker didn't record your sleep. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time.
Let me know how it goes!

Alvaro-Thank you for the reply. I always wear my Fitbit on my non-dominant wrist. I tried restarting my Fitbit but it still didn't register my sleep. Fortunately, it seems to be an isolated thing. It happened the one day and hasn't happened since (fingers crossed). Thanks

My wife is experiencing the exact same problem this morning. Have attempted to resync many times. Have also reset this. Hopefully it will just start working? There seems to be a common thread on the discussion forums of issues with the sleep sync.
