I have had several Fitbits which all fell apart after a matter of months of normal use. Since I have had
watchbands of metal, leather and plastic which lasted for decades, I see no excuse for the flimsy construction of Fitbits.

@abdulthebear Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 band didn't last for too long. My personal experience was different as the band lasted for 18 months. Still if you wish you can share your suggestion and feedback in our Feature suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
Let me know how it goes!

That's strange I work in very physical job and wear my charge 2 constantly, it gets lots of knocks and tugs when I forget to remove it during work. It's lasted a year, how often do you take it on and off? Mine is just once a day for shower,

@Mrssoot thank you for sharing your experience! This is what I was referring to in my post. I am not careful with my stuff (just ask my poor phone) and still my experience was good with the Charge 2. I am sure others have had good experiences too but I do get that this wasn't the case for @abdulthebear. This is why I ask that they share their ideas on how to improve our devices in the Feature Suggestions board.
I'll be around!
