Charge 2 syncing exercise to incorrect date

I haven't wore my Fitbit since Thursday and I fully charged it today and then put it back on.

I set it for my exercise and when I finished it logged the exercise and confirmed my steps and calories etc.

I synced the watch to my phone just now and my watch has lost all the data from my workout so uts not showing on my phone.

I've also noticed my account is saying I exercised yesterday and the day before but I wasn't wearing it.

Has anyone else had similar issues with the Charge 2?

@Kim-Lipinski Welcome to the Community.

Let me help you with your data not showing for the correct date. When your tracker losts its charge it stayed in that date, if you exercised and didn't sync before then the date wasn't updated. Once you did sync the data was assigned to that date this is why you see it for a day you weren't wearing your tracker. I advice you try to sync your tracker daily specially if you stopped using it for a few days. Also you can manually log an activity to have a record on your account.

Let me know how it goes.
