Hello all,
I wonder if anyone could kindly help please.
I have a Fitbit charge 2. I have had it for a number of years and decided to wear it again a few weeks ago.
It worked normally - it said I needed a firmware update but everything I tried to do it, the exclamation mark came up on the watch and nothing got updated. Everything worked fine without it so carried on as normal.
Yesterday out of the blue, my fitbit wouldn't sync with my phone. I tried a few remedies and the one that worked was to uninstall and then reinstall the app.
About an hour after that, it stopped syncing again and hasn't worked again since.
I have tried everything on the website to fix it but nothing is working 😞
Force closed the app
Reset my tracker at least 3 times
Reinstalled the app
Restarted my phone
Turned Bluetooth on and off
Tried to sync to a different device other than my phone
Tried to set the tracker up as a new device.
I have tried to contact fitbit on live chat but I keep getting cut off.
Anyone have any magic fixes please? I am quite good with technology so have tried all of the run of the mill fixes.
Many thanks

I suggest the tips in help.
Can't really give specific help until we know what phone the help is being requested for.

Strangely enough, my fitbit synced itself last night at 00.08. I only knew because I got a notification to say I'd earned a badge.
Now of course, it won't sync again.
So annoying.
