Charge 2 syncing message pops up on my iPhone

I keep having a message pop up on my iPhone screen, telling me to open my Fitbit app so it can sync. I don't want it doing that randomly. I want the message to stop appearing. Is there a way to turn that message off?

Hi @GoingStrong1, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing message that pops up on your phone, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
