Touch the fitbit home page and pull down - will autosync.

Congrats!

I have tried all the steps detailed here repeatedly and I cannot get my text notifications.  I've gone to the fitbit faqs and confirmed that all my settings are correct.  This is so frustrating!  I have an iPhone 6 and just got the Charge 2 in October, so there's no reason for this.  Guess the next step is to call customer service?

Did you verify the notification setting on the fitbit tracker?

Yes.  The telephone notifications work fine. It's only the text messages that won't show up.

This solution did not work for my phone and Charge 2. Now what?

Will this erase all info now stored for my activity on the Fitbit?  I also no longer get phone or text notifications, but don’t want to lose the records I have.

Toggling your notifications "On" from the tracker will not affect the info
on the tracker.

I thought the post I replied to suggested deleting the Fitbit app from my iPhone and then reinstalling it to get the notifications to work. Would doing the above lose my current activity? It would not be just turning on or off the notifications.

No it won’t. All your data will still be there when you download app again and log in.

I was wondering, I have a fitbit charge 2 and notifications work for messages but I am not getting the notification for a phone call. I must say my battery was real low when I was setting it up, could this have anything to do with it. First time using right out of box and yes battery was low.

Will this make my Fitbit lose all its data?

@Weigt on the notification screen in the app, tap the three dots and enable notification. If it is already enabled the disable/enable.

@Vegancara I'm not sure what process your asking about, but your Fitbit data is safely stored on the Fitbit server, not your phone c
