My boyfriends charge 2 is only showing the name when receiving text notications. I have tried everything in the help topics including: making sure the app permissions are allowed, text preview is on, restarted the fitbit multiple times, restarted his phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, unpaired his fitbit (can not find a forget device), and made sure the fitbit settings are set to sender and message. So far nothing has worked and the problem has been ongoing for weeks.
I am not sure if it makes a difference or not, but he is using my old charge 2(I recently upgraded to a charge 3). However I did not have any of these issues when I was using it. I have checked on my phone and I no longer have the charge 2 connected to my phone.
Is there anything else I can do to help fix this issue.
