Charge 2 text /phone issues

My charge 2 stopped scrolling text messages a bit ago but now when I get calls it's telling me that the caller is someone I haven't talked to in 2 days for every call it comes up as the same person. I never really know who is calling and have made the embarassing  mistake of thinking it was one person to find out it wasn't 😭

@Murphyk, a warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply. 

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
