My Charge 2 is not working properly. When changing screens on the tracker/watch it is very slow & laggy and previous screen overlaps with the next one. Have tried restarting device & has no effect. Am also unable to sync with phone. This started about 3 days ago & was working fine prior to that with firmware up to date. Does anyone know how to fix this?

@cmsroo A warm welcome to our Community! Has your tracker been in contact with water? Not sure why this is happening but I suggest you let the tracker drain its battery completely until you don't get any response from its display. Once this is done charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours. Restart your tracker again by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi mine is doing the exact same noticed it sunday morning, it went completely flat so I charged it up as normal, then last night it wasn't reading my heart rate and every time I went to look at it I would click the button to scroll to next thibg it would just shut off! I usually check the time by just moving my wrist but even that isn't working, I am not receiving notification messages or the test one either, very frustrated as I do use this to track my steps check my heart rate how many miles I do etc, I have not got it wet either ,I have restarted a dozen times, it has been flat I have charged it then flat again I have charged, it isn't syncing properly, so time is all wrong I have uninstalled the app and rebooted it I have turned Bluetooth off and reconnected it, and still it playing up! I am very frustrated and upset it was Xmas present nearly had 2 months not a problem till yesterday morning it all began, oh and the sensor goes on and off constant, what is going on and what do I do about it??
Can anyone help please

It hasn't been in contact with water & is less than 3 months old. Draining it & recharging did not make any difference. It was also not recognised by phone bluetooth or computer. The solution was to take it back to the store it was bought from. Staff noted that this was a known fault with fitbits. Disappointing but has been replaced with a new device.
We also have another fitbit charge 2 in the family & it's now a year old. It has for the main part worked fine but has had declining battery life over the last few months. So not totally put off but not sure if would buy another in future.
