I am officially considering my Charge 2 a losing wager at a casino. I lost $149. The darn thing will not sync. It keeps spinning and my battery percentage just keeps going down on my s7 Edge. I will be purchasing an alternative and rating the app with one star. I've tried all the suggestions on various forums and am totally frustrated. I'm Done. Bye. And why does my profile say I'm a jogger? I hate jogging.

Have you contacted Fitbit yet? They can take a look at your account and the backend of the tracker.
As for the advice received in the community of Fitbit users, this advice is usually based on what has been found to work in the past v

The same thing happened to me today with my bike ride. Went on a 30 minute bike ride and received only 8 active minutes. I understand your frustration. 😟

I recommend that you pay attention only to proven sites. I also want to note that meowspins.com will be open soon. Where you can find a large list of sites and bonuses for them, which can help you a lot.

@Rar923 what does the heart rate graph during your recorded bike ride look like?

Exercise tracking on app no longer shows heart rate graphs or avg heart rate in summary. I notified Fitbit in July and have had hours of “chats” on multiple occasions directly with Fitbit. They say they are working on it, but no fixes in 4 months. My patience is running out. About ready for Apple Watch.

I'm not sure which phone platform you have, but many android users found that this was fixed 3 updates ago.
Auto detected exercises for android never lost the heart rate, and on the web it was fine.
There maybe another issue that I'm unaware of

Your referring to an iOS not a Charge 2 problem.
Please do a search of the iOS board, some have mentioned that they did get theirs to work.
Problem was that apple changed the way notifications are sent without telling anyone.
