Charge 2 tracking steps when not moving

My Charge 2 is recording steps while I'm sitting still.  I have double checked to make sure I have on non dominant hand and restarted the device.  No luck

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Kkang. Thank you for letting us know that your Charge 2 is recording steps while you're sitting still. 

I appreciate that you mentioned the steps you have taken in order to correct this. Have you been close to something that vibrates or a fan? Sometimes those vibrations are registered as steps.
