This morning my Charge 2 was at full battery when I had unplugged it and when I went to sync the device to my new phone my Fitbit dashboard said my Charge 2 had zero battery. I cleaned both the device and the charger with rubbing alcohol and tried to reset the device but it still won’t come on. Also the device will not vibrate when plugged into the charger. It’s just a blank screen.
