I woke up a few mornings ago to my Fitbit with a blank, black screen. I pressed the button, as well as held it down, and nothing happened. When I took it off, I noticed the green lights were still flashing. I read other people’s posts in the community and tried to restart it with no luck. I decided to let it die. A few hours later, the green lights were no longer flashing, I plugged it up and it still would not light up or charge. I’m afraid it’s really dead. PLEASE HELP! (Background: I used it for 8 months until I lost my charger. Once I got a new one, I used it for a few weeks and the band broke. I just got around to ordering a new band and set it up this past weekend. It was only charged and working for a few days until this happened.)
