I didn't use my charge2 device for more than a month , it stopped at last used date , So charged it and tried to sync it with my mobile app , it didn't sync up properly even after trying it for two times , so I removed my charge2 device from app, now I tried to setup a it as new device , mobile is detecting the charge2 and OTP is displaying on the screen , after that mobile app is saying that it's connecting, after some minutes it's failing .
So I tried to factory reset my charge 2 by following the article "https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1606" but this process is not working my device , after the first step , I am getting firmware version , when I try to do the second step , its not working , menu is going for notification on- off process .
Please help me out

@vikas_gunti A warm welcome to our Community!
Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't pairing nor syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.
Also there isn't a factory reset for the Charge 2.
Let me know how it goes.
