I have read all of the posts re heart rate not displaying properly. I have tried all of the suggestions but nothing would get my heart rate display working again. Display would show two lines and the green light were very dim. The real solution was to leave the unit alone and not charge it at all. I waited until absolutely all battery power was used up. Hooked it to the charger and immediately held down the button until it did a reset. Finished charging and now the heart rate is working as designed. I’m surprised there is no way to do a complete shut down and reboot on these watches. Total time to drain the battery was 8 days.
