Lately my fit bit had been dying really quickly as in I would charge it and then wear it and less than 24 hours later it would be dead again. I got it for Christmas in 2016 so its been a good 3 years. But I charged it today put it on and it had the full battery image on the screen so I would press the power button (I don't know if that's what it's called but the button on the side to try to get it to the home screen) nothing would happen. I just thought it was a glitch or something. But I went out for a run tonight and when trying to turn it on to use it wouldn't turn on at all. I tried restarting it, charging it connecting it to the computer and nothing. Are there any other ways to possibly make it turn on?

@adrianava Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!
Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't turning on and for the delay in my response. Also thank you for troubleshooting the issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for the help and information. I did end up cleaning it with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol. I then did plug it in to both my computer and my wall, it didn't vibrate or show the battery but I still tried to reset it. So far nothing is making it turn on. I think it might have just died completely at this point.
