My Fitbit charge 2 won’t restart, I only have a blank screen. I have tried restarting multiple times, I have tried cleaning the charge connecting sites, I have tried letting it charge and then restarting it, but nothing has worked. I only ever see a blank screen. I have not seen any indication that anything is happening except the vibration when I try to restart. I have only had it since Christmas, what else can I do??
