My charge 2 hasn’t been getting text notifications for months, almost a year. It’s been so very frustrating considering that was the best feature of the charge 2 for me. I can not always have my phone on me so when it vibrated , I could see if it was a pressing matter or not. I still get call notifications which makes it worse because if they work, why doesn’t text?! I’ve tried literally everything, EVERYTHING, and Fitbit just told me there’s nothing they can do because it’s iPhone not them ... which is total bull**ahem**. Costumer service was at a 10/10 before this whole ordeal. I will not buy Fitbit ever again.

What phone do you have that is not sending the text notifications? Could it be the Samsung S10 that Fitbit is currently working on resolving.

No, like I said, it’s iPhone update. Still frustrating that nobody has solved the issue effecting thousands of Fitbit users

Same this is bs, I have the new iPhone and my texts always worked until that stupid update in October that they blamed iPhone. It’s not Apple it’s them! Their job to make their product compatible like they advertise! I’ve called c/s did all the trouble shoot etc... nada. What a waste, I’m going to buy a Apple Watch at this point. No compensation for lost features that haven’t worked for 6 mths
