First my Charge 2’s screen stopped working. Now it vibrates uncontrollably. I do not know what to do. I tried restarting it but that doesn’t work for either problems. Thank you for whomever replies to this.

I appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I'm sorry to know that your Fitbit device is behaving in such way. Let me share with you that our Customer Support team was contacted on your behalf to receive further assistance directly with them.
