Charge 2 weekly summary incorrect

Just recently the weekly steps summary has been wildly swinging all over the place. One week, it only reported the previous Monday. OK, obviously there's a problem there. Other summaries have covered partial weeks, most often dropping off a Sunday. My normal weekly step count is approx. 50-70K steps. Summary isn't even coming close. My week count goes from Mon-Sun.

Anyone else experiencing this issue or perhaps-have a solution?

Thanks for getting back to us @cafiore.  I´ll be glad to assist you with your step weekly summary inquiry.

 

I would recommend syncing your Charge 2 on Sunday afternoon in order to get all the steps included on the weekly summary.
