Charge 2 will not pair with app

It will act like it is going to but when it gets to the option to add numbers no numbers are being sent, and the charge 2 just keeps saying connect to app. Or check your app, or something.

I'm also still using a Charge 2...but in the last week I stopped getting the detailed sleep chart and there is no direct link to the Charge 2 help forums.

 

I'm using the bluetooth dongle and a desktop to upload data....still works except for this recent issue.  Probably changing the code related to the website?  Website will no longer resolve and display sleep data?

 

You need to be running the Fitbit Connect app on your computer or your phone.  There should be a link to download for a computer and you can find the app for your phone.  They want you to use the phone app for both?

 

Think they might be phasing out the Charge 2...gotta sell you a new one?
