Hi. I got a replacement strap for my fitbit charge 3 in Nov 2019, after my original strap had broken after 10months. So, I got sent out replacement straps, but BOTH of those have snapped. It is very frustrating. Whats the point of sending replacement straps if they dont last! Attached is a photo of both straps. The white stuff on the strap is from selotape. Unbelievable.

Hi @Rebelprince there are no pictures attached to your post. There are different styles of bands available, so why not check them out.

@Rebelprince, I'm very sorry for the experience and as @Odyssey13 mentioned, there isn't any picture attached to your post but for inconveniences related to straps or wristbands, I recommend taking a look at this thread.
On a side note, our team ensures that our Fitbit devices go through rigorous testing to ensure that they meet the high-quality standards expected. However, due to some factors that are beyond human control, materials that these trackers are made of also reaches its limitation. Same with other devices, it may encounter a manufacturing issue that we can only determine once the user has experienced it.
