I have condensation on the inside of the screen. I've only had it 5 months. I love it and wear it all the time but take it off when washing up or in the shower.

I have the same problem. Rectangular section of condensation under the centre of the screen which blurs text.
I’ve done the rice trick and restarted the device with no joy.
ive had my Fitbit for 18 months. Any suggestions?

My Fitbit charge 2 has the exact same problem. Moisture under the screen in a rectangle in the center. I'm in Sweden. What should I do?

I contacted support team and got a good discount on a new Fitbit. I was out of warranty. Upgraded to ionic and VERY happy with it.

I am having the exact same issue with the condensation. The watch is less than two years old. I called support earlier this week after trying the rice trick which did not resolve this issue. I explained to the women on the phone that I had never showered or gone swimming with the watch. Completely frustrated, I was told the only solution is for me to buy a new watch. I asked it's expected that the watch should last less than two years and was again told that I needed to buy a new one. Personally I feel like there is a defect and the customer should not be told the only resolution is to spend more $$. I just went to charge my watch and now the only thing that will show is the battery icon and the watch will not reset. I have tried multiple ports as well, same issue.

That's great you were able to receive help! I had asked about a replacement / refurbished one, and same response, buy a new one. I have personally loved my fitbit, but after the phone call with customer service and it breaking in under two years, somewhat upsetting.

Glad I’m not the only one! I love my charge and wear it constantly. I am extremely careful, so I was shocked when I saw the condensation. I placed in rice for 48 hrs and it helped but there was still a little. Tried again, removed moisture but shortly after wearing I saw the condinsation retutned. So now I’m not sure if it was just because my charge died and I didn’t see it and it was there or if after wearing it returned. So aggravating!!! Please post any other suggestions besides rice. TIA
