Help! My charge 2 battery has died and will not charge. The battery icon comes on when connected to mains but it’s not charging and now no clock face either. The pebble is only about 4 months old as was a replacement. Can anyone help me please?

Thank you @LiliyaFitbit for your advice!

I am back up and running again. Once the battery icon disappeared and left me with black screen, I tried to charge it again and it fired up with flashing green dots again!!
Thank you for answering my question! 👍
