Synced to phone and phone was saying to update the tracker now that message is not on phone but have tried all switching off/on restarting everything and still is showing this screen

Hi @Nellie33. I apologize if I misread your post, but are you trying to set up a new Charge 2? The Charge 2 is a legacy model that was discontinued in 2018. I've seen other posts from users trying to set up other legacy models. They get an update tracker message, but can't update the tracker. I believe Fitbit removed updates for these legacy models.
