@SunsetRunner Welcome! It's great to see you around!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 date. Is your tracker syncing? It seems that it isn't so the date won't update. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

The app is reading the steps and is syncing but the display still says Sun
27 6:36. I checked the permissions cleared all other divices off blue too.
Tried resetting the device in the charger and still shows the wrong date
and time. The device charges fine still too

@SunsetRunner thank you for the update and sorry for the delay in mine.

You could try changing the timezone and clock face on your Charge 2 (select a different timezone save and sync then select the correct one again save and sync. For the clock face just select a different one. You could also try setting up your device again on your account. Tap the top left button, then your tracker's icon and finally the trashcan icon to remove it from your account. After this follow these instructions to set it up again.

Keep me posted.
