Beginning 9/6 my Charge 2 won't sync my MAC. I cannot reach the menu either. After a long wait, there is a screen with the message that there is "no internet connection." What? You can detect I am trying to sync (via internet) then send a message I have no connection (via internet). What part of the internet connection is missing?????

Best AnswerHad the same problem after my app updated yesterday. Did restart this morning and nothing happened. Researched some more and then as a moderator suggested I did the restart 3 times in a row and this time it was able to sync.
Best AnswerI am having the same problem. I can not sync my charge 2 to my google chrombook. the dash works but I will not give me the option to sync. Also how do you fix the date and time. Mine has been dead and the date and time is off.
Best AnswerMine hasnt since a week ago, and when I was on line with chat yesterday it came up on the dash board of the MS app...their system/server was down and that some (sounding like allot) of charge 2s no longer are syncing
Best AnswerI've been having the same problem for 1-2 weeks (after the app updated). Refresh is working, but sync only works rarely. I have not been able to turn off the quick view at night. I turn Bluetooth on & off, turn all day sync on & off and continue having issues.
