Charge 2 won’t sync with iPhone 7

Yesterday morning my charge 2 stopped syncing with my iPhone 7. My dashboard asks me to “sit tight” and eventually says it can’t find a Fitbit. I’ve tried putting the Fitbit on charge, pressing and holding the button for 4 seconds, logging out of the app then turning phone off for 10 seconds a number of times but still no change. Any advice? Thank you.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Lets try clearing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
