Charge 2 won't sync

Have restarted multiple times. Charge2 still doesn't sync. Phone fitbit updates current.

Since your asking about a problem with the phone may I ask you what type of phone you have?

Welcome aboard @gwilson123! I'd like you to tell us which phone model you have, as @Rich_Laue asked, just to confirm that is compatible. And in the meantime, I'd like you to take a look at all the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
