My fitbit won't sync. Black screen

@Malvarado Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. Is your tracker not working at all? This could be a battery issue more than a syncing one. If the device isn't responding at all I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

 

Once the screens lights up please check if it is having any issues syncing if it does then let me know.
