Charge 2 won't sync

Last time my fitbit was able to sync was yesterday at 3:30 pm. I charged it to 100% (it said battery was low 10%), shut my bluetooth off/turned it back on, refreshed the page a million times, restarted my phone, updated the app, deleted and downloaded the app again, and even when as far as removing my charge 2 from my acct to start over. Now that I removed it, it will not allow me to add it back to my acct as it says it cannot sync to my phone (my bluetooth won't pick it up). I have never had an issue with my fitbit until now... please help! 😞

I'm in the same boat, I was sent as replacement and I cant get it to sync, I've emailed and gave me these suggestions, none have worked for me but might be worth a try for you.

  1. Make sure that your phone is properly connected to a strong internet connection. Try to refresh it by turning it off and on.
  2. Open the Bluetooth, remove all connected devices.
  3. Check the Google Play store, confirm if the Fitbit app needs an update.
  4. Make sure that the Location services is turned on.
  1. Now, refresh the tracker
  2. Restart the Bluetooth connection by turning off and back on.
  3. Try the setup process again 
  4. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your mobile device and tracker.
  5. Try setting up your tracker again.

Like I said none have worked for me and I'm waiting on a response from Fitbit. see if you have any luck

I’m sorry you’re in the same boat! Unfortunately I have tried all of those ideas as well with no such luck! :(... I am going to keep messing with it and hopefully it will finally sync!

Mine is stuck on 4th July won’t sync, I forgot the network and now it won’t find it again, I’ve tried everything
