Got a new battery on Tuesday and now my charge 2 won’t sync. Any suggestions? I have tried everything in the help section.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. The Charge 2 doesn't have a replaceable battery so not sure what happened there. Still if the device was modified then I really can't tell what the consequences may be. Please try the following:
