Hi, my mum has passed her charge 2 onto me. I've set up a fit bit account but I cannot sync the charge 2. It's fully charged. The date on the charge 2 is showing at March with the incorrect time. I've tried restarting several times but nothing is happening.
How do I sync the charge 2 with my fitbit account?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Make sure that the app is properly setup on your account by following these instructions. Once it is setup then you can follow these instructions to sync your device.
