Charge 2 won't sync

My Charge 2 will not sync unless it is plugged into the charger and reset each time. The "syncing and refreshing" just spins. It also has stopped tracking my sleep. I have restarted my iPhone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and removed and re-added the charge 2 to my account with no fix.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.

I am having the same issues and just followed the steps in AlvaroFitbit's reply and it made no difference at all

Delete the App. Go to App store. Install the App. Go from there. I do not know what will be lost so if you just ran a marathon then so be it. Good luck.

Did you lose all of your history?  The history is important to me.
