Charge 2 won’t sync

I’ve had problems syncing since the last update. My app now can’t find my device. I’ve turned phone off and on, turned Bluetooth off and on, have reset tracker. 
What else can I try?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you do the following:

 

  1. Turn on 'always allow' for location services
  2. Restart both the mobile device and Charge 2

I have location services on but the Fitbit app is not listed in location services under Share my location. Under Bluetooth it says my Charge 2 is connected.
