Charge 2 won’t track exercise

Had my charge 2 just under a year and had no problems until now, for some reason when I exercise it won’t register my heart rate or activity minutes

@Philster69, welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your activity detection. Which activities are you doing and for how long? For the heart rate I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. Regarding active minutes they aren't counted the same as your activity duration. You can read this article to learn more about this.
