Hi, I charged my Charge 2 up after not wearing it for a week or so.
It charged fine and although date was wrong it was working perfectly. Later that day I set off the sync to my android phone to update it and to correct the date. When the app reported that the sync was complete, the unit buzzed then switched off. I assumed that it was resetting itself after the sync and waited for it to turn back on but it didn't and has been dead ever since.
I have tried all the various resets suggested in the forums but when I plug the charger in there's no vibration or anything and no matter how long I hold the button down for, nothing happens.
Help please!

Seems odd that your device is not responding after the syncing process, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our charging instructions that are specified in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and let me know if your device respond.
