I'm on my fourth band for my Charge 2 in 14 months. I've had three replaced by Fitbit and every single one of them have broken in the exact same spot--the plastic piece where the band attaches to the tracker. My most recent one broke in less than two months, but because it is just past the warranty Fitbit will do nothing to help me out other than recommend I buy a new band. Anybody have any recommendations for a different type of band? Because clearly there's a defect with the Fitbit produced ones.

yep I’d also like to know this !! Great Fitbit but terrible TERRIBLE wristbands. Number 4 has literally just broken in the same place AGAIN. But have had a quick look and it looks like they’ve stopped selling replacements so hopefully someone will come along with an answer !

Just to add I emailed to complain again , as that’s 5 bands ..... they’ve only replaced one of them so I’m fed up of buying anymore, at this rate I’ll have spent more on the replacement straps than the initial cost ! Utterly ridiculous. Anyway had a reply saying my Fitbit is out of warranty, yes the Fitbit is fine it’s the strap that was replaced 6 months ago that is rubbish. It’s becoming a bit of a joke !

I agree, the poor design of the strap let’s the product down.
my 2nd strap in two years has broken so I haven’t bothered to replace it.
