Hi, my charge 2 is not charging. I have restarted and tried an alternative charger but still doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

Hi @HarryPotter12 If you have not done so already, I would try giving the charging contacts on the the back of your tracker and.your charger a clean using the instructions here
