My Charge 2 isn't tracking my steps.  We live in a two story house, but it's not picking up when I climb the stairs.  Sometimes it does, if I remember to take it off my wrist and put it in my pocket, which 1, I rarely remember or have time to do that, and 2, it's super annoying!  The steps don't show up on my tracker, or my Android phone, or on my computer. Help!

To clarify, are you talking about steps or, stairs, or both?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi!  I'm talking about stairs.  It seems very sluggish on counting steps also.  Most days I struggle to even get to 2000 steps, though we live in a big house, and I am caregiver for both my husband and my Dad.  We live on one floor and Dad on the other.  It seems like I am on the go constantly!  But it's not registering the stairs at all.
