My charge used to tell me when I was being contacted by phone, stopped doing that?

Make sure you don't have notifications turned off.  I don't have a Charge 2 anymore to check, but I think holding in the right button a few seconds toggled all notifications on and off, as a quick 'do not disturb'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
