New app looks good, but I can’t find the alarm settings. Is everything still new and I need to be patient or is it something they got rid of?

It's there...but well hidden

 

On the main "today" tab of the dashboard, select your profile image at the top left of the screen, then select your fitbit. You will then be on the device settings where you'll find the alarms.
