I got a new phone and my Charge 2 is not pairing with it. Any suggestions?

Have you checked that your new phone works with fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
